Where do I find my order number?

Your order number was sent to your email when you placed your order. It starts with "GS" or "#" followed by numbers. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from GlowSmile.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days

This is normal during international transit. Packages may not scan at every checkpoint. If there's no update for more than 10 days, please contact our support team.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

In most cases, no. We mark packages appropriately to minimize customs issues. However, import policies vary by country, and any local duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

My order shows delivered but I didn't receive it

First, check with neighbors or your building's reception. Sometimes carriers mark delivered slightly early. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
