How long does my GlowSmile - Smartbrush last?
The brush has a long lifespan and the brush head only needs to be replaced every 6 to 9 months. So you don't have to replace the entire brush, just the brush head. You can buy the brush head here when the time comes.
How long does the brush's battery last?
The brush only needs to be charged once a month, provided you use it twice a day.
How do you combine purple toothpaste with Smartbrush?
It works exactly the same as with regular toothpaste! The difference is that instead of brushing your teeth, the serum neutralizes the yellow tones and gives you a whiter shade in just 30 seconds. Apply 2 pumps on each side, start brushing - and that's it! Do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?
Yes, the return costs are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Do I get the full amount back on a return?
For approved returns, 5% of the purchase amount is withheld as restocking fees. This fee covers the costs for inspection, processing, and restocking of the item.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 10 working days via the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may apply additional processing time.
